A spacious king size bedroom ground floor apartment with private parking for 2 cars.
The apartment is a short 200m walk to Porthcawl Town Center or a 500m walk to Porthcawl Seafront for Fish and Chips, and an Ice Cream.
Use this lovely spacious apartment (57m2) to enjoy all the beaches, restaurants and delights of Porthcawl as well as a base to explore the beautiful South Wales.
The property is a lovely ground floor apartment of a converted terrace house.
Parking is located at the back of the property, and as such, the initial access into the property is a private entrance through the back gate (Shown in photographs).
