The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a coffee machine, a dining area with breakfast bar and seating for four, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear gravelled area with decking and furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 1.1 miles you will find a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub and please note that pets are welcomed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Treat your loved ones to a stay at 51 Fernhill Heights in Dorset. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: The holiday complex borders the Fernhill Hotel. The Hotel Swimming Pool will normally be open between 10am-7pm daily. Non-residents may book a 50min slot the day before/on the day, by calling 01297 560518 between 10am-12midday and making a non-refundable payment of £2 per person (adult or child). Maximum 1 slot per household per day.
