Ideal for holiday guests who like to stay close to the town center but still prefer peace and quiet.
The town center and the ski lifts can be reached in about a 10-minute walk.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a tiled stove.
Large garden and terrace.
NON-SMOKING HOUSE! PETS NOT ALLOWED! INCLUDED: Electricity, water, table and bed linen, towels, Sommercard.
EXCLUDED: Firewood.
Deposit: €400 (will be refunded within 3 working days after departure, provided there is no damage) Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 9:30 AM At the roundabout in Lofer, take the direction of Zell am See and turn right after approx. 20 m towards the "Hazienda" dance bar.
Drive past it for another approx. 100 m, then turn left again.

(fast) Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, großer Fernseher mit Netflix und Internetanbindung, schöner Garten mit neuem Grill (Grillbesteck und -reinigungszubehör wäre von Vorteil gewesen).
Zwei große Bäder, eines davon mit Dusche und Badewanne.
