The spacious living room offers an inviting atmosphere for moments of togetherness and group relaxation.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom en-suite with a bathtub, a twin bedroom en-suite with a shower, and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom en-suite with a shower, which boasts a sunny balcony with sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for you to prepare delicious family meals.
Outside, the walled property features a heated pool (additional cost) surrounded by well-maintained gardens, along with a barbecue area and an outdoor dining space, perfect for enjoying the mild Algarve climate.
Located close to the center of Carvoeiro, this villa is near the beach, shops, the local market, and various activities such as golf, tennis, and water parks.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property. For added convenience, grocery hampers can be pre-booked (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Groups Deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 6 guests.
The 7th guest will incur an additional charge which includes an extra bed.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay, with everything feeling comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying sunny days, and the location made it easy to reach nearby shops and the beach. A great spot for a peaceful break.

We had a lovely stay in this welcoming villa. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor pool, barbecue, and dining areas made our time together very enjoyable. The villa’s location near Carvoeiro was convenient for beaches and local attractions. We also made use of the company’s restaurant Algarbe, which provided a great dining experience.
