The detached holiday home is located on a fenced plot of approx. 600m² for exclusive use and is designed and equipped in every detail for a relaxing stay all year round.
After booking, you will be put in direct contact with the private owner and landlord, who will be at your disposal at any time via whatsapp with reliable regional contact persons (German, English, Turkish) for all questions and tasks. For inexperienced Turkey holiday home guests, everything from private airport transfers and grocery shopping for overnight trips to excursions and explorations can be organised.
The villa is located at an altitude of approx. 200m and usually spoils you with a mild coastal mountain climate by the pool, on the sun lounger in the garden or on the covered and shaded terrace. All living rooms and bedrooms can be additionally cooled and heated in winter with the air conditioning systems. In the house you will find thoroughly cleaned furnishings to European standards for living and cooking. All equipment, towels, bed linen and utilities are included in the price. Depending on the time of year, use of the pool can be booked as an additional service for a flat rate per stay for pro rata filling and service.
In addition to the beach holiday, the holiday home also offers a perfect starting point for numerous commercial and private excursions in the surrounding area, which you can explore on foot, by e-bike or another rental vehicle or taxi.
