This place is special, because it is placed far from the noise and bustle of the city, so peace and quiet are guaranteed.
The villa is not difficult to find because it is on the main road, yet it is surrounded by only a few neighbors and endless green fields that reach all the way to the Velebit mountain.
It is a 40-minute drive from the city of Zadar, and Zadar is surrounded by 4 National Parks (Krka, Kornati, Paklenica, Plitvice) and the Vrana Lake Nature Park. . Villa Olive Garden is a modern home with natural materials, primarily wood, which gives it extra warmth, making it ideal for families with children.
The villa can accommodate 6+2 people in 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The special feature of this pool is that it works on the principle of salt autolysis, so even those with the most sensitive skin can swim because the salty water will give them the feeling of swimming in the sea. In addition to a beautiful and large swimming pool of 45 square meters with an overflow channel, this yard has a large playground for children that includes swings, a trampoline and a slide.
