2 holiday apartments in a newly renovated semi-detached house, quiet location with a well-maintained park-like garden, conservatory, large sunbathing lawn, and play area.
Good shopping facilities at a shopping center approximately 1000 meters away.
Fishing opportunities at the Menzerath pond. Optimal starting point for hikes (e.g., Eifelsteig) and cycling tours (Vennbahn cycle path, Rurufer cycle path). To get onto the Vennbahn cycle path or back to the apartment from there, there are no inclines, and access is very close to the Rurufer cycle path from Menzerath in Monschau Grünental. Great for enjoying a hiking vacation with a friend couple. The two apartments can be combined for your stay. After eventful sightseeing, hikes, cycling, and car tours, relax, listen to the birds, and yet be conveniently located to the old town, national park, High Fens, wilderness trail, and neighboring countries. The holiday apartments and kitchens are fully equipped; ground floor with conservatory, upper floor with gallery. Miscellaneous All inclusive! As of 01.01.26, a tourist tax of €2.50 per night per person will apply. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Getting There The holiday apartment is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. (Telephone arrangement appreciated.) On the day of departure, the holiday apartment should be vacated by 10:00 AM. Directions: B258 towards Monschau - Imgenbroich district, at the end of Imgenbroich turn left, Grünentalstraße, Erlenweg until you reach the center of Menzerath, and in the left curve, turn right into the lane to house 25. Zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Stadt und auch direkt in der Natur. Sobald der Wanderwege betreten wird hört man keine Autos oder Menschen mehr (Ausnahme der anderen wanderer)
