This property is a superb base for a family of four or a couple looking to explore the Donkey Sanctuary which is just a couple of minutes’ walk away.
As you enter this mid terraced bungalow via a set of patio doors, you will head into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring Devon.

The dining table provides a great space to enjoy a home-cooked meal, and the living area is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa and a 30” Smart TV with Freeview.

Lovely cottage, everything we could wish for. Our dog loved the location especially the walks around the donkey sanctuary just across the road.
We are retired but this would be a good location for anyone with children.

Excellent bungalow. The weather spoilt it for us unfortunately. There was a lovely beach just a mile's walk away but we only went on it once all week.
The Donkey Sanctuary is right next door, that is amazing and really worth a visit. You can pet the donkeys all day, they wonder freely in the fields...

Pleasant and quiet place to spend a week. Adequate for us two and two dogs, without being overly spacious.
Big bathroom, good king bed and additional bedroom, if required for children
