The living areas in this detached, single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas five-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining table for four, a sitting room with Smart TV and electric flame-effect stove and snug. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, both with Smart TVs and serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for 2 cars and a wrap-around decking with furniture and barbecue. There is an on-site shop and fishing lake and a pub within 1.9 miles. One well behaved dog welcome, £25 charge. Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. No smoking. Fuel, power, Wifi, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Devon at Cherry Lodge. Note: There is a shared outdoor heated swimming pool open 8am-8pm, May-Sept. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to location on a working farm.
