The living areas in this holiday home consist of a first-floor kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and a first-floor living/dining room with Smart TV and Juliet balcony. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double, a double and a twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is parking and a gravelled area with external room. This was our second stay in this house . Located on a fairly new housing estate that is about a 10-15 min walk into Whitby , we followed signs to Middle Earth Pub . The house is very well maintained lots of home comforts and comfy beds , would recommend a stay here

Great holiday home, clean and cosy. They supplied everything you would need for your stay. Location was good, although in a housing estate we found it okay, and not far from Whitby town. Great bus service on the main road, so you don’t have to drive everywhere. Would definitely consider returning.

One bathroom was not acceptable for 6 people, garden not dog friendly, gate broken ,fence too low ,and a bit of a nuisance for the people who had the bedroom downstairs having to go up and down to use the toilet especially in the night!
