The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, dining seating for 6, DAB radio, 43” Smart TV, and a sitting room with 55” Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin with zip/link, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with hot tub, gazebo, furniture, and charcoal barbecue, as well as off-road parking for one car and roadside parking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate and children's plastic crockery are provided. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Please do not play loud music in the garden and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
