Villa Apollonia was meticulously designed and constructed to take advantage of the stunning sea views, picturesque Kefalonian landscape, and breathtaking sunsets.
The house was built in a combination of the Venetian style with modern design elements such as expansive windows and luxury finishes.
The villa was lovingly created, using the best European construction materials and finishes to create a spacious Venetian style home, with a breathtaking infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the sea.
Villa Apollonia was furnished with high-end furniture, all Cocomat beds and linens, air-conditioning throughout, WiFi, Smart TV’s, Bluetooth speakers, BOSCH appliances and complete and fully-equipped kitchen amenities.

The main entrance takes you into the main section of the house, consisting of an open plan living room, dining room and large fully-fitted white marble-topped kitchen.
A large guest toilet and washbasin are also on the ground floor.
The living and dining rooms open out, through wide glass doors, to a substantial furnished patio & entertainment area, overlooking the sea and gardens below.
The outdoor area includes a built-in BBQ (charcoal) and outdoor kitchen including a marble bar, refrigerator, and sink.
In front of the living and dining room is a large infinity pool with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas – all overlooking the sea.
A private jacuzzi with amazing sea views completes the outdoor space.
The main level also features one of the two master bedrooms including a luxurious bathroom that contains a stunning free-standing Apaiser marble tub and oversized custom tile shower.
A large wall-mounted TV, WiFi and a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer complete the ground level.
