Gather the group to tuck in before setting out to the private courtyard where you can delight in a celebratory glass of fizz.

The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for four, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a first-floor sitting room with TV, balcony and coal effect electric fire, a snug with Smart TV and speakers and a games room with snooker table. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with TV, an en-suite shower room, two king-sizes with TV and en-suite shower room and a double room serviced by bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed, rear courtyard with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop, 0.6 miles a pub and beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lossiemouth Bay Cottage is a wonderful setting in Moray, Scotland. Note: There are no facilities on this site but you will have access to the neighbouring Silver Sand Holiday Park facilities which include: heated indoor pool,(pool will close October and reopen March) adventure playground, Gym, Amusement arcade, Segway Hire, Craft pottery, Teddy Mountain, Bingo, Children's Entertainment, Dino Karts, Family entertainment & Weekend Cabaret Acts.
