Comfortable apartment of about 50 square meters that can accommodate up to 4 people located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift.
The flat is situatedin an area served by everything, very close to Piazza Statuto.
Inside it is composed of a kitchenette, living area, bathroom and bedroom. Possibility to pay parking along the road (blue lines). Opportunity non to be missed! The space Apartment of about 50 square meters is located on the second floor of a building without a lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of: LIVING AREA: with a quuen sofa bed and dining area KITCHEN CORNER: with fridge, freezer, induction hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, moka, Cecotec coffe machine and kitchen utensils BEDROOM: with a double bed and wardrobe BATHROOM: equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, Air Conditioning (2 split), Smart TV, washing machine, independent heating with boiler, iron and ironing board, drying rack, fan, balcony, a camping cot. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment. Please note that assistance for any problems related to the check-in with automated access is possible (remotely) until 23:00 In this property check-in is done in self mode.
Further information will be provided at the time of booking. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

Eccellente appartamento, funzionale e dotato di ogni confort (gradito il profilo Guest di Disney+) e macchina caffè espresso! Pulito e letto comodissimo. Zona ricca di attività commerciali, bar e ottimi ristoranti e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. In 10 minuti a piedi si è in pieno centro (via Garibaldi). Host disponibile per ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo

Casa veramente stupenda e con tutti i confort e in un;ottima posizione. Molti negozi, supermercati, metro, ristoranti e bar. Consigliatissimo Direi alla ragazza delle pulizie di ricordarsi di pulire il frigo prima che entrano nuove persone nelappartamento
