Feel at home from the very first moment! Wonderful light-flooded villa for 2 to 7 people just 150 metres from the sea with pool and barbecue for rent. Wonderfully located between the old towns of Alcudia and Pollenca, this house is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours.
Wonderful light-flooded large villa with a good 170sqm of living space (3 spacious bedrooms), fenced private garden and private pool. Here you will find sunny and shady spots and a covered outdoor dining area with awnings. A heated whirlpool and a shaded double sun lounger await you on the roof terrace!
The holiday home is just 150m from the sea and 1.2km from Alcudia's old town. The beautiful Muro Beach is only a few minutes away by car.
We have been renting out this dream house with air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, oil central heating and a fireplace since summer 2021!
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in which nothing is missing await you! In addition, 2 roof terraces, 2 covered terraces on the ground floor and a warm outdoor shower. Go on holiday in a special house with atmosphere. You've earned it!
