Air conditioning is available free of charge from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the day. The stunning mountain views are best enjoyed from the comfort of the private pool and garden, where you can relax and immerse yourself in the beauty of your surroundings. Access to the property is via a narrow dirt track.
Access may be somewhat limited for larger vehicles. Information to note: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
The guest must collect the new keys from our office. On the day of departure, no garbage should be left on the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send you an online registration link to register all guests.

My family had a wonderful time at this property. The kids picked and ate oranges and lemons and enjoyed the swimming pool. We will definitely be coming back.

Incredible views and the exclusive ‘hideaway’ location gave a sense of peace and tranquility. At the same time being within easy 15 mins reach of Sóller and the port
With the hideaway location however you need a medium sized car for the very narrow and winding track - but once travelled and became familiar was again able to enjoy the views and lemon and orange fields.
