In the heart of the countryside, 20 km from the sea, 35 km from Nantes, and 5 km from a water sports center, this recently renovated semi-detached house offers a 250 m² enclosed outdoor space with a swing, ping-pong table, and miniature foosball table.
A garage is available for bicycles/motorcycles. Ground floor: semi-open-plan fitted kitchen leading to a living/dining room (wood-burning stove), and a shower room/WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together, and a WC. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, radio/CD player, standing fan, complete baby equipment (cot, bathtub, high chair, changing mat, stroller, etc.), cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). Included: bed linen. Not included: electric heating (€13/night), electricity, firewood, towels, tourist tax, and cleaning fee (€60). Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€65). Two pets are welcome free of charge (deposit €100 per pet). Another gîte (H44G011898) is located nearby. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Napkins : 3.23 € per person per stay . Final Cleaning : 64.66 € per stay Property managed by a professional.

Quiet Location in Country side and nice outside areas to sit and enjoy the weather.
The property is not quite in the exact location marked on the map. Its a little way down the road.
