It is located in the heart of the city of La Rochelle, just a stone's throw from the old harbour.
Thanks to its ideal location, this flat will make your holiday even more enjoyable than it could have been. Located on the second floor, it consists of an equipped kitchenette, a living room with two single beds (new from 2024), a shower room and a toilet.
A private car park is available in the village, a 5-minute walk from the underground car park flat. The advantages of this rental flat by the sea: Close to the market halls, the old port, in the heart of the city centre, close to shops and with easy access to public transport, very rare, you have access to a private underground parking space on Place Cacaud. Room cleaning included.
Key collection and return exclusively in La Rochelle (Minimes district).
Wi-Fi internet, bed linen and towels are not included in the rent.
This is an optional service that can be booked with the agency.
With regard to pets, there is an additional charge of €39 per pet on arrival for accommodation that accepts them (see description or ask the manager).
