ARCACHON, ALLEE DES TILLEULS: NEAR MOULLEAU AND ARBOUSIERS BEACH Just steps from Moulleau and Arbousiers Beach, this family home in the Arcachon style comprises a main villa, an annex, and a spacious terrace, all set on 2,000 sq m of land.
The garden opens onto a pine forest leading directly to the beach.
The main villa features, on the ground floor, a hallway leading to a separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine) with a dining area and access to the garden.
There is also a separate toilet, a living/dining room with TV, sofas, armchairs, and a chaise longue, as well as a south-facing wooden terrace (250 sq m).
Upstairs, the villa features a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room, a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room, and another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm and 80 x 190 cm).
There is also a bathroom with a toilet.
The basement is equipped with a tumble dryer and a washing machine, as well as storage space (for bicycles, beach equipment, etc.).
The single-story annex offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, a dining area, sofas, and armchairs.
The bedrooms include: one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite shower room, one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and en-suite bathroom/WC, and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with separate shower room/bathroom/WC.

The outbuilding should be checked for potential humidity issues - the deck (amazing) should be checked for board replacements where needed
Magical home base for big family reunion - path to the beach was a big plus
