This 45 m² detached, single-story house comprises a 25 m² living room with a kitchenette, dining area, and lounge area featuring a pellet stove.
The double bedroom, furnished with a 140 cm bed, is adjacent to a shower room with a separate toilet. You will enjoy a small private garden of 50 m² located opposite the cottage, equipped with garden furniture, an electric barbecue, and a parking space.
The accommodation, rated 3 ears of corn (3 épis), also includes a washing machine, a microwave, and a television.
Bed linen is provided and included in the price, as are summer utilities.

L'accès au gîte,
géographiquement bien situé entre villes et montagnes.
La gentillesse des propriétaires et des habitants environnants. Très beau marché à Montbrison.Trés belles randonnées
la richesse de la région ainsi que son histoire et de ces lieux très méconnues.
Incivilités des touristes par rapport aux cites , surtout en forêt.
