Positioned on the 4th floor without an elevator (equivalent to the 3rd floor from the residence entrance), it features a south-facing balcony offering a view of the ski area.
The accommodation provides five sleeping spaces, ideal for four guests, arranged across the living room, the cabin, and the enclosed entrance area. The living room includes a 130 cm double sofa bed. The enclosed entrance area has two single bunk beds, with the upper bunk not suitable for children under six years old. The cabin contains a 140 cm double bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, two electric plates, refrigerator, and drip coffee maker.
The bathroom is complemented by a separate toilet.
The accommodation includes a flat-screen television, a ski locker, individual electric heating and hot water, and access to outdoor parking within the resort.
The property is non-smoking. A range of additional services is available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, and baby equipment.
During the winter season, enjoy discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental.
