Exterior flowered courtyard of 15 m² opening onto common courtyard. 2 shared adult bikes available. Ground floor: living room/living room with open kitchen. Floor: 1 bedroom (160x200 bed + 90x190 bed), shower room/wc. Additional equipment: Internet access, DVD player, baby equipment (bed, high chair, etc.) on request. Included: electric heating, sheets (beds made) and towels. Not included: tourist tax and obligatory end-of-stay cleaning fee (30€). Clisson (medieval city) 10 km. Vineyard to discover, Puy du Fou 50 minutes away. Property managed by a professional.
