Ground floor: kitchen open to dining room with pellet stove and relaxation lounge, TV lounge, laundry room, shower room and WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140 / 1 bed 140 / 3 beds 90) - 1 master suite (1 bed 160) with complete and private bathroom - shower room - WC. 2nd floor: a bedroom with 3 beds 90. In the heart of a quiet hamlet, with a view of the Forez plain and the Alps, discover this old stone farmhouse entirely renovated with taste, comfort and authenticity of yesteryear.
The house offers quality equipment, beautiful room volumes, a warm atmosphere and personalized decoration.
You will benefit from an enclosed and paved courtyard of 100m² facing due East and a landscaped garden.
For more comfort, the charges are included in the rental price.
Available for rental for up to 7 people only in gîte 1195. The price includes: - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water) Please note: In case of excessive consumption, an additional charge may be charged. Tout etait parfait ,le gîte est magnifique autant l'intérieur que l'extérieur avec une vue imprenable sur la nature .Super équipé rien ne manque la décoration est magnifique ,les chambres spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Bravo encore un grand merci à vous
