Living/dining room with TV, internet access, sofa, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, superb terrace of over 20 m² offering stunning views of the sea and the old town, one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a separate shower room with toilet.
WIFI, bed linen and towels are provided.
Spacious, secure, private garage and swimming pool in the residence. €800 security deposit by credit card imprint only - NO PETS - NO SMOKING Tourist tax payable in addition according to the current rates of the Municipality of Menton. 8 minutes from the Garavan train station, you can easily travel to Monaco, Italy and the entire region. The Garavan district, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby.
The newly renovated Menton Garavan port and the Sablettes quayside offer numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and entertainment. - Check-in time: Daily from 4:00 PM - Check-out time: Before 10:00 AM - Security deposit refunded 15 days after your departure. *Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the griddle cleaned.
Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town.

logement très agréable, belle vue ,fidèle à la description.Il est un peu loin du centre et des commerces de proximités (30 à40 min de marche avec une belle montée)

Location close to beaches, which are clean, with showers. City center 20 min., supermarket 10 min. Beautiful sea view from the apartment balcony, clean and deep pool, well-kept greenery. Quiet place.
The instructions did not mention that there is only one large shared blanket in the bedroom instead ...
