Detached, traditional house dating from 1900, located in a hamlet in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, near another gîte. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, telephone, WC. Upstairs: bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed). Wi-Fi. Enclosed 70 m² garden, covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, electric griddle), pétanque court, rowboat available, fishing on site.
Mountain bikes and bicycles for rent.
Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €45/stay (€60/stay for businesses); Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €12/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay. Additional charges: Tourist tax; Electric heating based on meter reading (8 kWh per day deducted for standard consumption) - The owner provides firewood (recommended price based on €50 to €70 per stere). The first fire is free, then €5 per wheelbarrow: payable on site. Electric vehicle charging station with fast and standard charging at the entrance to Aziré (D104). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 47.87 € per stay . Sheets : 12.77 € per stay . Sheet for small bed : 12.77 € per stay . Fietstochtje, kleine leuke plaatsjes.
En Venise ver !
Het bed , te klein voor lange mensen en te zacht. Geen toilet op etage. Bad waarin je moet douchen
De bank beneden… niet op te zitten.
Voor ouderen dus ongeschikt

Gite conforme à la description et dans un environnement calme
Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec quelques spécialités locales
Petit inconvénient avec le canapé qui est peu confortable et pas du tout adapté pour des personnes âgées (( impossible de s'en relever sans aide.....))
