The ground floor opens onto a spacious and welcoming living area with a lounge and kitchenette, complete with a fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings.
A separate sitting room and a relaxation room complete the living spaces.
Upstairs, three bedrooms await guests: two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 cm), and one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). A cot is also available.
The house has a bathroom with a bathtub and two toilets.
Central heating ensures comfort in all seasons, and the comprehensive amenities facilitate a self-sufficient stay. Two private plots are at your disposal: one to the north, measuring 500 m², with a garden, children's play area, and a swimming pool (9m long, 5.50m wide, and 1.40m to 1.80m deep), shared with the owners; and one to the south, measuring 80 m², including a 30 m² terrace.

Un petit paradis,
En pleine nature le gîte offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un super séjour. Tout est à disposition à Renaison (moins d'un kilomètre) pour faire les courses, marché le samedi avec les producteurs, pharmacie, restaurants... Dégustation des vins de la côte roannaise à fair...
