A traditional, detached house, restored in 2016 using high-quality materials (lime, bricks, natural stone, terracotta tiles, local wood) to preserve its authenticity.
Le Martin Pêcheur, a certified fishing lodge, is located next to the Don River and a public fishing pond, in the heart of the remarkable La Forge site, renowned for its flora and fauna (17 km of marked trails).
An east-facing terrace is accessible from the first floor, and there is a private, enclosed, wooded garden (300 m²) on the riverbank, located 5 meters from the lodge.
Fishing equipment is available (refrigerator/bin with ventilation).
Ground floor: living/dining room (wood-burning stove), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm), 1 small bedroom with a glass partition (single bed 90x190 cm), shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 cm bed + 90x190 cm bed) and shower room/WC.
Included amenities: Wi-Fi, radio/CD player, tumble dryer, full baby equipment.
Included: bed linen (beds made).
Not included: wood/electric heating, electricity (meter reading: 8 kWh/day included, additional usage charged), and towels.
Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€65).
Pets: €100 deposit (Pets allowed upon request).
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning: €86.21 per stay - Towels: €5.39 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
