Just five miles from Callington you will find The Tamar Valley Resort situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Manorcombe Bungalows - a collection of single storey holiday cottages designed with simplicity and practicality in mind are at the heart of the resort. Manorcombe 17 is a contemporary holiday home positioned away from the main thoroughfare in a beautiful leafy setting.

Step inside and discover a smart and comfortable open plan living room, combining plump leatherette settees and an armchair with bold stripe feature wall paper.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is a small dining table to cater for six guests.
Leading from the open plan living room are three gorgeous bedrooms furnished with good quality beds and ample storage. It is one of the few bungalows on-site to offer both a family bathroom and a separate shower room.
Outside is a private patio with garden furniture for alfresco meals. There are communal lawns for ball games, tennis courts, a children's outdoor play area and swimming is possible year round in either the outdoor or indoor pool. During the school holidays there is a busy programme of entertainment. The site is well placed for guests looking to explore both Cornwall and Devon and has some fantastic local attractions nearby. Within a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar.
A little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs.
Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream. Manorcombe 17 is perfect for families of all ages to enjoy the facilities on site and to explore the surrounding area.

Manorcombe 17 is a single storey holiday cottage in the Tamar Valley Resort of Callington. Situated in a beautiful leafy setting away from the main thoroughfare this is a great place to relax. There are three bedrooms sleeping up to four adults and two children along with one bathroom and one shower room. The living space is open plan with a kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with comfy sofas. Outside there is a patio area with furniture which leads onto the communal lawned and paved gardens and a range of family friendly activities: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, bar/ restaurant, tennis courts and childrens play area. Manorcombe 17 is the perfect place to stay for all the family, all year round. Note: Holiday park restrictions prevent workers/contractors staying on site.
Note: A booking system is in operation for the swimming pools & gym. Bookings are accepted once you are onsite via reception.
Note: The basic games room is open 9am to 8pm daily, charges apply for some games.

Note: The pub and all facilities are closed on Christmas day.
Note: Mini convenience store is open 9am - 5pm daily.
Note: Tennis courts are open from Easter until October half term.

Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly.
Note: Site Gym and Pool Rules - No under 16's permitted to use the gym. Pool - under 16's must be accompanied by an adult, two children max per adult. Under 8's/Non-swimmers should always be accompanied by a competent adult in the pool. No balls except beach balls. There are no lifeguards on duty.
Note: Portable BBQ's are not permitted on site.

Our stay was fine once we got into property but we had no communication from host what so ever. The lady who was working in the shop helped us as we didn't have a key code to get into property and if it wasn't for her we would have had nowhere to stay

We stayed two nights with my family of five. Everything went fine. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and gym. Very good. Nice area. Calm and family friendly. Good parking area close to house.
Not a very good holiday home needed a lot of attention on it.

Not spending too much time there.
The property as the sanitary wear was not good. Both toilets were blocked and didn't flush without filling to the top. The owners popped by the day after and unblocked them. But the spillage from the drain outside was left on the patio outside the front door. The cleanliness wasn't very good. A lot ...
