The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, and a dishwasher, an external utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room with hair dryer. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, decking and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 4.6 miles, you will find a pub, and within 3.8 miles, a shop, and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ciaran Cottage is a beautiful dwelling for a family escape to Scotland. Note: The garden is not enclosed, please ensure children are supervised. Note: There is a river running alongside the property. Ein sehr schönes Cottage, etwas kleiner als gedacht aber gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, Wäscheraum super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch der Hund hatte durch Terrasse und Wiese die sehr schöne Zeit

The views out of the window or from the terrace are awesome! The fire makes it cosy in the evening. The house has everything we needed. So overall a perfect place to stay!
