Independent house with stone facade, located in the countryside 4 km from the site of St Cirq-Lapopie.
Quiet countryside environment, the terrace is open to the meadow and the forest.
Close to the Lot valley and its many tourist sites.
On the ground floor, living room/fully equipped kitchen with scullery (compartment. freezer, microwave, combined microwave oven, dishwasher), a bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), shower room , separate wc.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (one with 1.40m bed, and the other with 2 0.90m beds), a relaxation area - reading on the mezzanine, separate WC with washbasin.
Electric heating, insert fireplace in the living room, wifi.
Unfenced land and private courtyard.
Heating by electric convectors in addition on meter reading; wood in supplement at 50€ the stere.
This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires avec visite instructive de leur ferme et explications sur la fabrication des fromages "Rocamadour".Maison idéalement située pour apprécier le calme, mais aussi la visite inattendue d'un ... faon ... Quant au logement en soi, très confortable !!!Bref, tout OK.

Très bon séjour, niché en pleine campagne, ce gîte est parfait pour les amateurs de calme et de nature. A proximité du village de Saint cirq Lapopie et à 10 mn de la plage aménagée sur les rives du Lot. Bon contact avec les propriétaires.
