The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven, induction hob, microwave and a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a dishwasher, a sitting room with TV and electric fire. Netflix and Amazon Prime availalbe. Summer house. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV with Sky multi-room and en-suite shower room, a double with TV with Freeview and a twin with Smart TV, along with a bathroom. USB charging points in bedrooms and lounge. Hairdryer and vanity mirror, cot and highchair available. Outside there is an enclosed front, rear and side garden with lawn, decking, brick barbecue, and furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shower, within 0.3 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi which extends to the garden, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Palm View is an attractive dwelling, ideal for a family escape to Cornwall. Please note: No Friday or Sunday changeovers, however you are most welcome to start your stay on any other weekday, or Saturday.
