- Independent equipped kitchen: 4 gas burners, oven hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140X190) with adjoining bathroom (bathtub and shower)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90X190), shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: - 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (140X190).

You can do everything on foot: go to the beach, to the restaurant, to the market, the Moorish park, the observatory etc... or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths that surround the Arcachon basin to visit the coast to the PILAT dune. -The bus tour (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city. -Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting the fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing, - Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
