Nestled in the sleepy village of Dyffryn Ardudwy, Gwynedd, is this wonderful, detached home, Ty’n Y Clawdd.
Well-presented throughout and benefitting from an enclosed garden with kennel, Ty’n Y Clawdd welcomes families and three dogs looking to retreat to this picturesque corner of Wales.
Rustle up a feast in the well-appointed kitchen, home to an assortment of integrated appliances making it a haven for any budding chef, and relish mealtimes with loved ones at the dining table for six. Move round to the living room where the multi-fuel stove and seating invites cosy movie nights, or use this space to socialise with the group, enjoying a board game or discussing where next to explore.
Venture out to the private garden, separated into two levels with the top tier offering an enclosed space that is perfect for dogs to roam about, whilst there is also a kennel for them at night.
The lower tier comprises of another lawned section with a patio area with seating, ideal during those summer periods when you fancy a drink outside.

The kitchen houses an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, while the living/dining room has a Smart TV and multi-fuel stove. The bedrooms include a double with Smart TV, a twin with TV and a bunk, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed lawned garden with patio seating and a dog kennel. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property will accept three dogs however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.6 miles there is a shop, 1 mile a pub and 2.1 miles, a beach. Ty’n Y Clawdd is a fantastic base for a getaway, whatever time of year. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Lovely accommodation, easy access to lots of beautiful walks and the beach, hot tub we unfortunately never got to use, very big garden but unfortunately the previous occupants never cleaned up properly after there dogs and left multiple poo parcels.
