If this applies please leave them at the reception. Wi-Fi is available at a charge, however it is slower than a landline Wi-Fi signal as the trees can sometimes disrupt the strength.
Wi-Fi at Ladera is very intermittent so please be aware of this before arrival. Security Deposit: Please note that a security deposit of £150, payable directly to the park via bank transfer, is required prior to arrival.
A representative from the park will contact you to arrange payment.
The deposit will be refunded back onto your card shortly after bank details have been provided for the transfer. Arrival Information: Check in is between 4pm - 6.30pm, if you are going to arrive after 6.30pm please call the park to arrange.Facilities: Please be aware that your hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on your day of arrival due to water change and maintenance.Fast Broadband Internet has now been implemented on site.NO gas BBQ,s are permitted on the park but guests can bring their own disposable BBQ's-These have to be raised from the ground.Ladera Retreat Lodges reception staff will contact you prior to arrival with all the necessary check in details. Really lovely lodge. Only downside was because of the rain we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub as much as we wanted, an umbrella which is retractable would be a good idea so you could enjoy it in all weather :)

Spacious and well equipped lodge in tranquil surroundings. Privacy was excellent especially for hot tub use. Robes provided which was ideal for hot tub. Kitchen fully equipped. Comfy sofa’s. WiFi and TV coverage was patchy but meant we were more inclined to Use our phones less which made for a proper relaxation. Would definitely stay there again.
