We no longer book fishing packages for guests as the lakes are a completely separate business from Swanborough Lakes.
Rod licence and equipment is required.
Please be aware although parking is close to the lodges there is a short walk/pathways to the accommodation.
The park only accepts dogs as a pet.

This will be payable on arrival or may be requested prior to arrival via phone (this will be refunded within 14 days).

This will be happening sometime between the hours of 9-4pm.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. The Lodge was clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The only thing was the sofa was too low for us, but this is due to our age. It was more than made up for by the view, the good weather we had, the hot tub and being able to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet.

I put poor facilities because it relates to the lack of fishing available. However, we also struggled to get all our belongings from the cars to the lodge as we were unable to drive directly there. Also, one trolley provided to help was broken.

Brilliant weekend, very restful. Lodge well equipped and the welcome pack a lovely touch, included some biscuits for the dog. Warm water hose on patio to wash him after long countryside walks off paths direct from the site. Car never moved from time we got there and hot tub was amazing. Came home feeling completely rested.
