Two bedrooms located upstairs, with a double bed (140x190cm & 140x190cm), air conditioning in each.

A bathroom, with shower, single basin, heated towel rail and WC.



The whole flat is air-conditioned and equipped with wifi.


Full amenities for this 3P located in the old town of Antibes, with absolutely all centres of interest within 5 min walk (sandy beaches, amenities, transport).


The flat will be ready and clean for your arrival.

Our cleaning service providers comply with the cleaning protocols put in place as part of the fight against COVID-19, following the following steps
-Airing the rooms

-Cleaning and disinfecting all points of contact (door handles, chairs, tables etc...).

-Bed linen and bath towels washed at high temperature by a professional laundry.


The cleaning package includes the post-stay cleaning service (which does not exempt you from respecting and maintaining the accommodation during your stay) as well as the hire of bed linen and bath towels by a professional laundry. One bath towel per person is included.

We also provide welcome kits for your first moments on the road, including: toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin bags, floor products...

Juan les pins is 5 min away by car.

Cannes is 15-20 min away.

Nice and the airport are 25 min away.

For Monaco and the Italian border, allow 1 hour by motorway.


## Transit

For parking, several private car parks are available all around.

The Ilette/Salis car park is a 10 min walk away and is free out of season from October to the end of May (paying from June to the end of September).

The Antibes train station is a 10 min walk away.

The departure of several bus lines is a 5 min walk away.
