There is also a guest bathroom next to the living room, ensuring greater convenience for common areas. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en-suite.
One has a bathroom with a shower, and the other has a bathroom with a bathtub, offering greater privacy and comfort to guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, practical, and functional, designed to facilitate meal preparation during your stay. Outside, the villa features a pleasant garden area, a private heated pool (additional cost), inviting outdoor areas for relaxation, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying sunny days in good company. Villa Savannah is located in a privileged area of the Golden Triangle, close to beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and golf courses, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the region's main attractions. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we will be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them. There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 10 guests.
