Having been lovingly renovated, The Hemmel is an immaculately-presented property on the outskirts of the delightful village of Beadnell in Northumberland.
Ideal for a large family holiday or a gathering of family and friends, the accommodation boasts many traditional features which help to create a beautiful aesthetic and a welcoming ambience.
The living accommodation is on the first-floor and its elevated position helps to make the most of the outstanding countryside views.
The elegant sitting room has original wood flooring and a vaulted ceiling, which makes for a feeling of light and space and there is an ample sitting area in front of a gorgeous woodburning stove as well as a delightful dining area, all set up ready for sociable meals together.
Talking of meals, the kitchen is comprehensively fitted with everything needed for creating delicious food for the whole holiday party.
The features continue with wood flooring, vaulted ceiling and exposed stonework and there is an extensive dining table in here, giving guests an alternative and less formal dining option.
Make your way upstairs and all four bedrooms have a truly opulent vibe with wood flooring, luxuriant throws and stylish soft furnishings, which all add up to create a look that wouldn’t be out of place in the most sought after boutique hotel.
With three contemporary bathrooms to choose from, you don’t need to worry about queuing for the bathroom either! The Hemmel (Beadnell) is a recently renovated luxurious property on the outskirts of Beadnell. This absolutely stunning property has been finished and furnished to the highest standard and can been seen throughout. Only a couple of minutes walk into the village centre where there are two pubs and 3 restaurants and if you walk for a further couple of minutes you will be on the beach. The property boasts exposed beam, wooden floor, outstanding views and extreme luxury and comfort. This is the perfect holiday home for a family holiday or a special occasion.

GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 1 with king-size bed and en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 with king-size bed.
Bedroom 3 with either two single beds or using the pull-out beds, four single beds (suitable for 2 adults, 2 children) and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 with Double size bed and en suite.
Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and sofa.
FIRST FLOOR (ALL OPEN PLAN)
Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and seating for 10 people.
Living room with TV, log burning stove and ample seating.
OTHER FACILITIES
Externally there is parking for 3 cars ( EV Charging is strictly prohibited) , enclosed gardens with a mix of astro turf, patio and gravel. There is also seating. To the first floor there is a balcony with wonderful views. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. Oil fired central heating. £250 refundable security deposit required.
Note: The pull-out truckle beds are only suitable for children on request.
