Move through to the kitchen, where the house chef can rustle up a delicious feast using a range of appliances, whilst the dishwasher deals with the washing up! This Teigngrace home comes with two living areas; the sitting room houses three sofas, an armchair and a Smart TV, whilst the snug offers a more intimate setting with a sofa and Smart TV, so there’s plenty of room for the group to spread out and relax.

The kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room and sitting room. The bedrooms consist of two family rooms (one with a double and single and one with a king size bed and a single bed), along with a double and twin, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is a lawned garden and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well behaved dog welcome, £25 charge. Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. No smoking. Within 1.7 miles there is a shop and pub. Twelve Oaks Farmhouse is a magnificent escape, whatever time of year. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool open 8am-8pm May-Sept. PLEASE NOTE - LATEST ARRIVAL AT THIS PROPERTY IS 8PM - IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 8PM YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY.
