Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet, Washing Machine
Wet Room: Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.. Back garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. This single-storey ground-floor holiday cottage has been designed with comfort in mind and is situated on a working farm close to the town of Dunbar and the beautiful East Lothian coastline.
Stepping inside there is a roomy, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. There are three bedrooms compromising of a double bed, smaller double bed, and twin bed arrangements. The property also offers an adapted wet room, a shower room and a bathroom with shower over bath. The living room boasts a wood burner, TV and ample seating. There is a delightful large private garden, with seating.
The local towns of Dunbar, Haddington and North Berwick are all worth a visit and Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital is close by, being a 20-minute train journey from Dunbar. A car is a must to make the most of this wonderful location with the Scottish Borders also within striking distance. Why not visit the Scottish Seabird Centre in North Berwick? Perched on the rugged coastline, it offers an immersive experience where visitors can marvel at the breathtaking seabird colonies. Shop, pub, and restaurant available in near-by Dunbar, 4 miles.
It should be noted that this property is situated on a working farm and is next to a county road, which can be busy during morning and afternoon periods. Public transport is poor thus a car is recommended to make the most of your stay.
