Close to the medieval town of Cahors and Lalbenque famous for its truffle market, come and discover this gîte located in the heart of a hamlet in the village of Cieurac.
Benefiting from an access to a raised and flowered ground with a completely closed basin of approval, in a preserved environment with sight on the surrounding hills, you will be able to benefit from the part of life very well sunny by broad picture windows giving on a large privative terrace, and the swimming pool, common with the owners.
On one level, bright, modern and carefully decorated, while keeping the exposed beams, the premises are ideal for a stay for two! The most connected will appreciate the free internet access and Wifi in the gite! Gite on one level of 60m² with a fully equipped kitchenette with built-in unit and flat screen TV, a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping for 1 person possible / dining room, a bedroom with a double bed in 140, a room with dressing room and a shower room.
Reversible heat pump.
Common park of 2000m², common ground of 2ha, private terrace, swimming pool with a shelter (4x10m and a depth of 1m10 to 1m75) to be shared with the owners and common plancha.
The gîte is independent, and just next door, you will find the owners' house.
Common entrance with the owners, property entirely closed, the gate of the property is managed with digicode and remote control.
Access to the gite through the parking lot of the property, private parking space for guests.

Gite avec tout le confort et très bien aménagé. La piscine était à notre entière disposition. Un vrai plus. Propriétaires très accueillants, discrets, de très bons conseils, qui nous reçoivent avec de petites attentions.Tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour à Cieurac.
