Villa Coral Bay is a three-storey villa immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis, overlooking the sea with a fantastic view of Capo Caccia.
Behind it is a vast sloping forest shaded with large pines, junipers and holm oaks. Entering the villa you have two large communicating spaces with an entrance hall, the living room with fireplace and TV with Netflix and large sofas, the furnished kitchen, and an outdoor space where there is access to the cavedio and the stairs leading upstairs. The windows of the living room open onto a view of the courtyard covered with local stone, the swimming pool and the sea. The sleeping area is accessed by a door from the living area, (where there is a guest bathroom) and consists of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers. One double bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed or left separate to make two singles. Upstairs, which can be accessed either from inside the villa or from outside via a large terracotta staircase, you reach a large covered furnished panoramic terrace, where there is an annex with a sofa bed. On the large terrace with its breathtaking view there is a large barbecue, gas cooker and sink, and several terraces from which to enjoy fabulous sunsets or sunbathing. Outside, the large yard gives way to the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, which offers an uninterrupted view of Capo Caccia and the sea. Near the entrance there is a covered terrace with a sitting area where you can enjoy breakfast by the pool.
There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower. Villa Coral Bay offers numerous possibilities for outdoor relaxation with large stone terraces running the entire perimeter of the house, where guests can find their favourite spot for reading, reflection, contemplation and observation of the view. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool that offers swimmers breathtaking views while in the water or poolside. THE AREA Villa Coral Bay is located just outside (3 km) the fabulous Sardinian city of Alghero, home to a beautiful historic centre and many beautiful beaches, and 4 km from the beach of Poglina, and 35 km along one of the most beautiful scenic coastal roads to the village of Bosa. The Coral Bay villa is above the beautiful azure waters, characterised by a cliff with a sandy seabed, which can be reached via a private road.

The property is well maintained and the views are absolutely fantastic. We could not enjoy the outdoor area because of the weather but we still enjoyed it. Our hosts Vittorio and Andrea were amazing and always made sure our stay was enjoyable. They even got us a gift box with thr best pastries I've had in my life!

The outside living space and pool were excellent and hard to beat. We spent every night watching the sunset from the upstairs seating area and will miss the views. Andrea is also an excellent host who responds very quickly and gives the personal touch.
We could have done with a washing machine and air con in the living room would have been useful.

Der Blick ist wirklich von überall toll. Die Betten sind richtig gut. Im ganzen Haus ist alles ordentlich.
Die Küche ist von der Ausstattung echt mies. Keine Küchenmesser, kein Schäler, keine Kaffeetassen, nur ein kleines Schneidebrett. Der Wasserhahn ist lose und fällt ständig um. Die Mikrowelle ist ein altes, seltsam riechendes Gerät und es gibt nur eine 100 Jahre alte nicht funktionierende Spülmaschine. Also schön alles von Hand spülen. :(
