It really is perfect for families, three generations travelling together or couples who will surely enjoy the fact that there are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
Both bathrooms are on the first floor where you will also find three bedrooms, one double and two twins.
On the ground floor you will find a very well-equipped kitchen and a lovely sitting/dining room with a large wall mounted smart TV. Step outside and you will find a lawned, enclosed garden with two patios, a sitting out area and a barbeque, which is the perfect place to spend the evening after a lovely day on the beach.
In fact, there are so many coastal habitats to choose from nearby that you really will be spoilt for choice.
A short walk into town will take you to Sheringham seafront where you can explore the wide sand and shingle beach, wander around the pretty market town and discover lots of great places to eat, drink and shop.
Head west from here and take a seasonal boat trip out to see the seals, enjoy a spot of crab lining at Blakeney or enjoy fish and chips the quayside at Wells-next-the-Sea. Or just a short journey east you will find the popular town of Cromer with its famous Edwardian seafront and pier.
From Sheringham it is possible to enjoy the Norfolk Broads and the city of Norwich too, meaning you really will see the three highlights of Norfolk in one trip.

The house has been renovated to a very high standard. Beautiful kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable bedrooms and light modern bathrooms. Family room was spacious and comfortable and perfect for a large family gathering. It was a picturesque 15 minute stroll into the town centre where there are ample amenities.

A great location for exploring North Norfolk. A nice quiet road. House was good, enclosed garden for the dog, everything we needed for a short break.
Sheringham itself is nice and friendly and in walking distance.
First time in north Norfolk and don’t think we could have picked a better location. Will definitely consider this house for a return visit.

A beautiful clean house with all mod cons and amenities. Easy walk into Sheringham town and beach and lovely dog friendly places to eat. Just a shame the tv wasn’t working properly but the owner is going to rectify.
