From this living room, you access a charming private balcony facing the sea, an ideal spot for spending time outdoors, enjoying the sea breeze, and immersing yourself in the tranquility of the coastal landscape.
The apartment is designed so you can fully enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds the area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need to prepare their favorite dishes.
From kitchen utensils to modern appliances, everything is arranged for your convenience and to make your stay an enjoyable and worry-free experience. On the Beach Voramar has 3 bathrooms with showers, ensuring the comfort and privacy of the 6 guests.
The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms are distributed as follows: one room with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds.
This allows for a comfortable and practical arrangement, ideal for different guest configurations. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessed through a portal that is practically on the beach sand, making it an area with immediate access to the sea. However, there is no elevator. Thanks to its exceptional location, this apartment is perfect for those who prefer not to rely on a car during their vacation.
Just a few steps away, guests will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and other services, making everything within easy reach to fully enjoy the area without the need for long trips. For the comfort of all guests, air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, ensuring a pleasant temperature at all times. Information to keep in mind: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
