We offer for holiday rental a two bedroom flat in Cabo Roig. The flat of 72 m2 consists of living room, two bedrooms, American kitchen, two bathrooms and a large loggia with outdoor furniture. The flat has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, appliances, crockery, bed linen and towels. The living room is air-conditioned. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is a parking space for one car. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The nearest supermarket is 300 meters away and there is a restaurant at 200 meters. To the sea and the beach about 700 meters. Accommodation option: up to 6 persons (no animals!) Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

The check-in process is from 15:00 until 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 until 15:00 on Saturdays. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays are subject to an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. A security deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
