The open-plan living space boasts a wonderful social aspect; with an Atlantic theme throughout the property, in keeping with its delightful harbourside location, this room invites everyone to gather after a day of exploration to relax on the leather sofa to watch a film on the Smart TV. The well-equipped, sleek kitchen also has charming traditional features and offers every essential for preparing a delicious dinner for the group; why not enjoy fresh seafood brought from the coast? Indulge in tasty treats at the dining table before an evening of board games.
Moving onto the first floor you can find the two bedrooms, both with their own feature wallpaper and TVs to keep you entertained in the evenings; you'll find an impressive king-size and an equally elegant twin, the perfect set up for a family of four, both with ample storage and serviced by a spacious bathroom.
In the mornings, enjoy a coffee and take one of many books from the shelf before heading to the front lawn with your canine companion by your side to begin your day amongst the fresh breezes of the harbour.

The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, second fridge with ice box washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, DVD player, radio, and a selection of books. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, and a twin with TV, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, furniture, and barbecue, a rear patio, and an allocated parking space for one car. One well-behaved dog welcomed at a fee, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.7 miles, and a pub and the Harbour in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available. The Old Smokehouse is a wonderful base, perfect for exploring Cornwall as a family.
