Outside, the barbecue and the dining area by the pool invite you to pleasant moments outdoors in a tranquil and private setting. Located just a few meters from Albufeira Marina and a short distance from Peneco and São Rafael beaches, this villa offers the ideal balance between relaxation and fun, with bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system.
Image capture is an integrated feature of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is armed and triggered in response to a potential intrusion. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, food baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a great addition to your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed. Groups deposit: €250 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Laura. The villa was beautifully presented, well equipped and very comfortable. The outdoor dining area and pool were perfect for relaxing, and everything we needed was close by.

The house is wonderful, especially the lower floor with the pool table which was a big hit with the kids. The rooms are very comfortable and the fact that the beds could be converted into doubles was very convenient for our group. We also enjoyed dinner at a traditional restaurant within walking distance.
