This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies perfect for enjoying open-air mornings. The lower floor includes a games room with a billiard table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a practical laundry room. The kitchen is modern, functional, and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals with complete convenience. Outside, the barbecue and the dining area by the pool invite pleasant outdoor moments in a tranquil and private setting. Located just a few meters from Albufeira Marina and a short distance from Peneco and São Rafael beaches, this villa offers the ideal balance between rest and fun, with bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This is a self-catered property.
For added convenience, food baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them. Group deposit: €250 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.

The house is wonderful, especially the lower floor with the pool table which was a big hit with the kids. The rooms are very comfortable and the fact that the beds could be converted into doubles was very convenient for our group. We also enjoyed dinner at a traditional restaurant within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Laura. The house is located in a very quiet area but still just a few minutes away from the Marina and the beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional for cooking at home. We also enjoyed dinner at a grill house nearby.

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for our family gatherings. The villa is very modern and bright, and having the pool right next to the dining area made our afternoons very enjoyable. We also enjoyed dinner at a lovely seafood spot near the Marina.
