Kahdelle aikuiselle koko on riittävä, mutta 4:lle aikuiselle ei, koska toinen makuuhuoneista on erittäin pieni (asunto on kuitenkin mitoitettu 4:lle?). Sama koskee parveketta, mihin tila ei riitä neljälle.

Asunto on valoisa ja sen pohjaratkaisu hyvä. Sopii hyvin kahdelle aikuiselle. Parveke on pieni ja sopiva max 2:lle. Avokeittiö koneineen kiva, kuten myös ruokailunurkka. Isompi makuuhuone mukava. Kiva sijainti. Ranta ja ravintolat lähellä.
