Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. - Guests are requested to maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa throughout their stay. - Guests are responsible for disposing of the generated waste by depositing it in the designated bins or collection points before departure. - The use of air conditioning and heating should be responsible, turning them off when not inside the villa. - Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly forbidden.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or disruptive behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to immediately expel the client and all guests, at any time of day or night, without any right to a refund of the amount paid and retaining the security deposit. Booking Conditions - Upon arrival, guests must pay a security deposit of €1,000.00, by bank transfer, which will be refunded after departure, provided there are no damages or rule violations. - Tourist tax: €2.20 per adult per night, payable in cash upon arrival.
