annonce conforme a la réalité, bon emplacement au niveau de la plage et des commerces.
laisse quand même un peu de vis a vis sur les autres voisins et du bruit le soir.
convenable pour 5 personnes, mais non pour six, surtout quand le temps est mauvais on se sent vite ...
